Ellie has been weaving for 30 years, and studied with Elaine Greenberg of Davis, CA and Navajo weaver and teacher, Nikyle Begay. She uses both Navajo and European tapestry techniques, and her pieces are woven with her hand spun yarn that she dyes with vegetable dyes.
